Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Singapore QS Campus handles information used to operate student, certificate and affiliate services.

Information collected

Student registration collects full name, date of birth, email address and the last four ID characters. The last four ID characters are converted to a one-way hash before storage and are not used as a login credential. Affiliate applications collect contact details and promotion information. Stripe processes payment-card details; Singapore QS Campus does not store full card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, manage 12-month access, maintain learning progress, issue and verify certificates, process referrals, administer affiliate wallets, prevent self-referral abuse, provide support and send transactional email notifications.

Public certificate verification

The public certificate verification page displays the learner's name, course, completion date and certificate number. It does not display date of birth or ID information.

Security

Passwords are stored using PHP password hashing. Sensitive configuration such as SMTP and Stripe secret credentials is stored server-side. Administrators should maintain secure hosting, HTTPS, backups and access controls.
