Refund Policy

This policy explains how payment and refund requests for Singapore QS Campus digital course access are handled.

Course purchases

Singapore QS Campus provides immediate access to digital learning content after successful payment. Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances, course access/use, payment status and applicable legal requirements.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Contact support promptly if you believe a duplicate or incorrect charge has occurred. Valid billing errors will be investigated using the Stripe payment record.

Affiliate commissions

If a referred course payment is refunded, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise reversed, the associated unpaid affiliate commission may also be reversed.

How to request review

Use the Contact page and provide the email address used for enrolment, payment date and a clear explanation of the request. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment credentials by email.
